We are seeking to fill our Senior Software Engineer role. This individual will be a technically strong and experienced professional with a background in software development, capable of designing and delivering scalable, secure solutions using modern technologies. They will be an effective leader and communicator who can mentor team members, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects while engaging with clients. They are self-driven yet team-oriented, comfortable working in dynamic environments, and committed to delivering high-quality results. This role is full-time onsite in Cary, NC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, supporting technical growth and delivery
• Design and implement solutions leveraging the configurability, programmability, and extensibility of the LogistiVIEW platform
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates and managers to drive completion of deliverables and resolve impediments 
• Utilize project management tools to document progress and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting or software development with progressive responsibilities
• Expert Knowledge of SQL and Java 
• Experience in Angular (preferred)
• Familiarity with warehouse environments and/or operations (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure components - including servers, storage systems, networking, virtualization, and operating systems
• Proven ability to translate real-world solutions into technical designs and implement scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, including requirements gathering and systems design, development, and implementation
• Capability to manage several projects simultaneously using modern tools
• Proven ability to lead solution delivery initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to engage clients and collaborate across teams
• Ability to work both independently using a strategic plan and under general direction
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment delivering technical solutions to clients
• Passion for mentoring and developing others
• Able to travel 20% for client events
